About Department

The Department of EEE was established in the year 2008 with a clear vision to contribute its bit in the national effort of providing quality Electrical Engineers in the service of mankind. Starting from the modest beginning the department has grown from strength to strength to become a versatile entity. This has become possible because of the perseverance, sincerity and dedication exhibited by our staff and students. The Department starts with an intake of 60 students. Subsequently, the intake was increased to 90 in 2009-2010 and 120 in the year 2010-2011.

Faculties of EEE department play a pioneering role in producing world-class technocrats. The department has well qualified and experienced teaching faculty and supporting faculty to instil knowledge and skills to the students. In the department, there are 25 teaching staffs and 10 supporting staffs

The department has spacious classrooms, air-conditioned seminar hall, and well-equipped laboratories. The department has a dedicated fully air-conditioned computer lab with 30 systems, all in a networked environment with un-interrupted power supply.
